Charles "Chuck" Andrew Warr

Charles "Chuck" Andrew Warr, of Fort Smith, died Wednesday, August 31, 2016 in an Arkoma nursing home.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, member of Shady Grove Baptist Church where he was a deacon, retired from the Fort Smith Police Department and Sebastian County Sheriff's Office, and was a Mason.

Funeral will be Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Harvest Time Tabernacle with burial atFort Smith National Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Sebastian County Honor Guard.

Viewing will be Wednesday, September 7th, 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. at the funeral home and 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Shady Grove Baptist Church, Shady Grove, Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife, Nancy; three daughters: Kineta Johnson (Richard) of Fort Smith, Kristie Marshall of Chicago, IL, and Charnita Marshall (Maurice) of Jackson, MS; four sons: Charles Warr IV and Demetrius Warr of Chicago, IL, Bryant Warr (Angela) of Little Rock and Kevin Warr (Fayetta) of Fort Smith; one sister, Sandra Warr of Chicago, IL; two brothers, Michael and Alvin of Chicago; 25 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.
