In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Wilde family. Regina's earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall their be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Mrs. Regina Wilde.

Regina Ann Jones–Wilde (aka Chocolate) was born December 13, 1966 to Joe and Shirley Jones in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
Regina accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age. She received her education from the Sallisaw Public Schools and she went on to attend Westark Community College in Fort Smith, AR. She helped teach at the elementary level in the Ft. Smith Public Schools.
Regina showed her love for her child and grandchildren by always putting them first in her life, and she loved her family dearly. She also took care of others better than she took care of herself, and her doors were forever open for them. She was a kind-hearted person that never met a stranger and she will be missed by her family and friends.
Regina leaves to cherish her loving memory, her husband, John Wilde; one son, Zohmil Marks of Ft. Smith, AR; one daughter, Bryonia (Giovanna) Perry of Spring, TX; four grandchildren, La’Riyah Jones-Simmons, LaDerion Simmons, Kennadi Perry all of Spring, TX, and Alexeeah Jones of Ft. Smith, AR ; her father, Joe Jones of Denver, CO; her mother, Shirley Jones of Ft. Smith, AR; four brothers, Joe Jones of Ft. Smith, AR, Antonio Jones of Sallisaw, OK, Shawn Jones of Denver, CO, and Paul Jones of Sallisaw, OK; three sisters, Karen Jones, Karla Auguste, and Kolette Jones all of Ft. Smith, AR., and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, December 28, 2018 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Rowell-Parish Mortuary.
Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Rowell-Parish Chapel 611 North 9th Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901 479-782-9200.
