In profound sadness, the staff of Veasley Funeral Home & Cremations, Inc. want to express our sincere condolences to the Tidwell Family. Charolette's earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Charolette Tidwell.

Walk through visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday December 26, 2024, 9:00am-4:30pm Rowell-Parish Mortuary Chapel 611 North 9th St., Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901 and Friday December 27, 2024, 5:00pm-7:00pm Ninth Street Missionary Baptist Church 1023 North 9th St., Fort Smith, Arkansas 72904.
Celebration of life service will be held Saturday December 28, 2024, 11:00am Fort Smith Convention Ctr., ARC Best Performance Art Center 55 South 7th St., Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901.
Burial and final resting place will be Oak Cemetery 1401 S. Greenwood, Ave., Fort Smith, Arkansas 72901.

Miss Charlotte will be very missed in our community! She was an amazing woman, and she taught me so much about myself when I was able to volunteer(when I was at gateway.) She loved all us girls where we were at, and never judged us. She actually praised us for wanting and working to change. Such a sad day. I wish I could be there to celebrate her life and passing, but I'll be out of town. Maybe I can volunteer one last time in memory of Miss Charlotte!
