Inge’s earthly temple is now resting in the care of Rowell-Parish Mortuary. Revelations 21:4 says "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Ms. Inge Lewis.

Inge Marie Lewis was a gift from God on Saturday, October 28, 1961 to Peggy (Taylor) & the late Herbert Lewis in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was called to take her eternal rest on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.
Inge grew up in Van Buren, Arkansas. She accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age and was baptized at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. She attended the public schools in Van Buren, and she was a graduate of Van Buren High School Class of 1979.
Inge truly loved her church family. She also loved drawing, reading, and dancing. She was a lover of people, for she never met a stranger.
Inge leaves to cherish her loving memories to her mother, Peggy Lewis of Van Buren, Arkansas; her sister Denise (Pete) Lewis-Peter of New Iberia, Louisiana; her brother, Danny (Michelle) Lewis of Van Buren, Arkansas; her three nephews, Christopher Peter, Malcolm Peter, and Darriawn Lewis; her friend, Karla Lewis, a host of other relatives, and friends.
Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church 18 South 14th Street Van Buren, Arkansas 72956.
