Revelations 21:4 says, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death; nor sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away." Be assured that in the days ahead you will surely gain strength from the memories of Ms. Linda Ann (Proctor) Johnson.

Linda Ann (Proctor) Johnson, 73, of Little Rock, Arkansas transitioned peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022. Linda was born on November 10th, 1948 in Scott, Arkansas to the late Joseph and Nola (Hunter) Proctor. She was the 9th of twelve children. Linda will be remembered as a dedicated worker. She worked at AT&T for several years and later retired from Arkansas Children’s Hospital in 2020. After retirement, she spent her time enjoying life and loved ones. She is known for her kind spirit, strong faith, and forgiving heart. She has made a lasting impression in many lives. Linda is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Willie Joe Proctor, Herlene (Proctor) Alexander, Percy Proctor, Retha (Proctor) Batts, Doris (Proctor) Estus, Ezell Proctor, and Arthur Proctor.
Linda leaves to cherish her loving memory, her daughters: Tamara Johnson and Visa Beavers (Kenneth) Redus both of Little Rock, Arkansas; grandchildren: Josiah Johnson and Damiah Cole both of Little Rock, Arkansas; an expecting great-grandson and siblings: Melvin Proctor of Memphis, Tennessee, Mary Bousquet, Abdullah (Kaye) Muhammad, and Janice Proctor all of Little Rock, Arkansas, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Celebration of life service will be held Friday, June, 17, 2022, 1:00pm at Gaines Street Baptist Church, 1601 South Gaines Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72206.
